The Dundee Bistro focuses on culinary processes, from perfectly fresh to baking, brining, braising, grilling, smoking and slow roasting over flavor enhancing woods. Our goal is presenting dishes of optimal enjoyment from locally sourced, sustainably farmed ingredients. We offer draught Oregon microbrews and direct fair trade, locally roasted coffee. Our wine list extends from Dundee Hills and Chehalem Mountains producers to other great wine regions of the world.
