Harvest is Upon Us!

Though the summer days of WINE AND ROSES may be fading, the Bistro kitchen is spilling over with MUSHROOMS AND TOMATOES.

Harvest season is in full bloom in our valley, vineyards and forests. This year’s exceptionally high quality crops find winery workers are full of energy and anticipation; foragers delivering quantities of perfect matsutake and chanterelles; chefs inspired with the almost limitless possibilities of the season’s bounty.

Even though menus are changed and printed daily at The Dundee Bistro, the recently installed chalk board near the kitchen is updated throughout the day keeping guests advised of special, limited dishes, desserts and wines.

Come try Chef Flanagan’s new Heirloom Tomato Salad with Arugula, Basil, Pumpkin Seeds, Balsamic, Pork Belly and Parmesan Reggiano.
