The Dundee Bistro is preparing some culinary delights using seasonal ingredients. Chef Flanagan is always searching for fresh, local ingredients, and just today received Oregon King Salmon for his seasonal special: Manilla Clam and Mussel Chowder with Smoked Oregon King Salmon. The Bistro’s garden is bursting with kale varieties, Brussels sprouts, zucchini, cucumbers, corn, tomatoes, artichoke and a range of herbs. You can’t get more local than harvesting from right outside the front door!
